In 2015, I was still a young and enthusiastic youth. I came back from studying in the UK and decided to help my family run this business. I started as a business owner and now I am the CEO. With the prosperity of China's economy and the growth of global trade, the AXDCARE brand has soared.
Today, our team has about 200 dedicated professionals and has an expanded factory covering nearly 18,000 square meters in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. As a leader, I am very lucky to have such an excellent team.
I am a lifelong learner and always pay attention to the development of the company tirelessly. I work closely with my subordinates to strengthen the communication between them so that they can work as a whole and achieve common goals. In addition, I personally go to the factory to ensure strict product quality, which is not only for users but also for the market, and observe changes.
I have always believed that attitude determines everything. There is no limit to what we can do in this organization. Therefore, I will continue to be precise and strive to improve the professional level of the company at all levels. My goal is to create healthy and technological home health products for more families and build AXDCARE into a pioneer brand in the world.
